Mr. Humoud W. Al-Utaibi
|
|
Humoud has a M.S. degree in Earth Science from
University of Waterloo in Canada and a B.S.
degree in Chemical Engineering from KFUPM in
1997. Humoud has over 13 years of experience
with Saudi Aramco working at Ras Tanura
Refinery, Research & Development Center, and
Environmental Protection Department (EPD).
Furthermore, Humoud worked for one year in
Canada with Vertex Environmental Inc., as a
groundwater remediation specialist as part of
the Saudi Aramco’s Technical Professional
Program. Currently, he is working with the Land
& Groundwater Protection Unit in EPD as a Senior
Environmental Engineer. He is a member of the
Environmental Technology Focus Team and
represents Saudi Aramco in Several National
Committees pertaining to environmental
protection. Humoud held ETMA Vice-Chairman
Position from 2006 to 2008.

Dr. Mohammed Ali B. Qurban
|
|
Dr. Qurban received his
Ph.D. in Oceanography from University of Southampton,
U.K. in 2009. He received his MS in Marine Biology from
Florida Institute of Technology, USA.
Dr. Qurban is the Manager of the Marine Studies Section
in the Center for Environment & Water of the Research
Institute of King Fahd University of Petroleum &
Minerals.
Dr. Qurban has been engaged in several projects,
research programs, and cruises including ARAMCO
sustaining research project, MEPA clean-up monitoring.
Gulf War crisis assignments; include protection of
marine turtles program, Mount Mitchell cruise.
Participation in oceanographic cruise to Bahamas funded
by the National Science Foundation in USA, and in Deep
sea submersibles funded by Harbor Branch oceanographic
institution, Florida Institute of Technology, Florida.
Participation in 25 oceanographic cruises using the
FerryBox system in English Channel and Bay of Biscay,
studying the variation in phytoplankton speciation.

Mr. Findley is an
Environmental Specialist with the Environmental
Protection Department of Saudi Aramco. He has more than
30 years of project engineering, process design, and
environmental engineering experience. He is a
certified Qualified Environmental Professional and
is a registered professional chemical engineer in
California and Idaho. James earned a bachelor of
science degree in chemical engineering from the
California Institute of Technology and a masters
degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of
Idaho. |

Mr. Nabil Hijazi |
|
Mr. Hijazi is the Business Development Executive for the
Environment and CleanTech Sector of Khalid Ali Alturki &
Sons. He has more than 20 years of experience in
project management, and business development focused on
the environmental and oil & gas sectors. His career
includes 15 years with Saudi Aramco, execution of major
projects for industrial and government clients, and
building of firms that deliver environmental solutions
and services. Nabil has a Master of Engineering Degree
in Civil Engineering from Texas A&M University, College
Station, Texas, and has attended Executive MBA Programs
at McGill University in Canada. He is currently
pursuing a Master of Science Degree in Environmental
Sciences at King Fahd University of Petroleum and
Minerals.

Dr. Khaled Al-Abdulkader |
|
Dr. Khaled has a Ph.D. in Biological
Oceanography, from Texas A&M University. He was
a Research Scientist at the Research Institute
in KFUPM before joining Saudi Aramco in 1998.
Dr. Khaled is temporarily a supervisor for
Wastewater Management and Marine Protection Unit
in EPD. He is the EPD representative in the
Manifa Causeway Project. He is also managing
the Marine Sustaining Research Project with
KFUPM and other marine environmental studies.
Khaled is the Environmental Advisor for Saudi
Aramco Oil Spill Response Team; and representing
Saudi Aramco in international organizations such
as OGP/IPIECA Biodiversity Working group. |

Dr. Nadeem Ahmedkhan |
|
Dr.
Nadeem works for Saudi Aramco, Environmental Protection
Department and has more than 11 years experience,
specializing in Air Quality and technical assessment
work. His work experience includes working for reputable
companies in UK and USA that specialize in providing
environmental services. Nadeem graduated from Leeds
University with Honors (B.Eng.) in Fuel and Energy
Engineering and went onto obtain a Master degree of
Science (MSc.) in Environmental Pollution Control. He
obtained a doctorate degree in 1999 jointly with Leeds &
Cambridge Universities related to Air quality and
advance development of flue gas sensing devices. Nadeem
held ETMA past Vice Chairman Position and continues to
support and promote environmental practices in the
region. |

Mr. Jumaan Saad Al-Qahtani |
|
Jumaan
holds a Master of Science in Atmospheric sciences from
University of East Anglia, UK, 2003. He works as
environmental scientist in the Air Quality and
Meteorology Unit, EED, Environmental Protection
Department of Saudi Aramco. He has more than 17 years of
experience in the field of meteorology and air quality.
He is a member of the American Meteorological Society,
A&WMA, and ETMA.

Mr. Adel
is an Engineering & Environmental Specialist with the
Generation Technical Support Department of Saudi
Electricity Company. He has more than 20 years in oil
and gas industry, petrochemicals and power generation.
He has long standing experience in tackling
environmental issues particularly project reviews,
project proposal and detail design. In addition, he is
leading and participating in several technology items.
Adel held a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial
Chemistry and a master's degree in Environmental
Sciences from King Fahad University of Petroleum and

Mr.
Mamdouh Al-Shammari |
|
Mr. Mamdouh has a B.S.
degree in Chemical Engineering from KFUPM. He has more
than 15 years experience in SABIC in the fields of
commissioning, Operations , Environment & Industrial
Hygiene of petrochemical plants. Mr. Mamdouh is the
Manager of Industrial Security, Safety and Environment
department in Jubail United Petrochemical Company (an
affiliate of Saudi Basic Industries Corporation), Jubail.
He is a Certified Radiation Safety Officer from King
Abdul Aziz City for Science and Technology (KACST) and
holds a Safety Diploma from British Safety & Health
Council. He is a qualified Lead Incident investigator
and led many investigation teams in SABIC. Mr. Mamdouh
is the Chairman of SABIC Environment Committee.
