The upcoming ETMA Dinner Meeting is on Tuesday May 18,
2004 7:00 pm at Aljawhara Hall Carlton Al Moaibed Hotel
Khobar. The sponsor is Saudi Company for Environmental
Works Ltd (SEW) and the speaker is Mr. Robert A. Kranz,
Vice President International Sales and Strategic
Partnerships, Pavilion Technologies, Inc.
The title of the presentation
is
“Predictive Emissions
Monitoring Solutions (PEMS)”
Abstract
Environmental compliance has never been more
complicated. Around the world, companies must start
tracking emissions in real time, manage emissions
credits across the total facility, optimize
environmental controls, and rapidly produce an array of
compliance reports required by local regulatory
agencies. Increasingly complex regulations continue to
evolve, and compliance monitoring and reporting requires
complex calculations to derive final emissions reporting
parameters.
Whether the challenge is modeling an environmental
process, replacing problematic sensors or analyzers,
improving efficiency of combustion units, or preparing
compliance reports with ease, Pavilion has developed
solutions to meet these needs.
In addition to monitoring emissions, Pavilion’s proven
advanced process control capabilities can be utilized to
reduce emissions or to ensure that plant operations
maximize profitability while respecting environmental
limits and constraints.
